Viral diseases are the ones which are caused due to attack of different viruses; the microscopic organisms.


The examples are, small pox, common cold, different types of flu, measles, mumps, hepatitis, polio, rabies, dengue, HIV AIDS, chicken pox, Ebola, etc.


Some of the viruses can lead to cancer, for example HPV

  • It also a cold disease, is common and contagious, it infects the respiratory tract

  • It is the human immunodeficiency disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus

Parainfluenza virus infection:

  • This disease occurs in infant and young children and again it is a respiratory disease
