There are some distinct differences between plant cell and animal cells.

These are plant cells contain chloroplasts, animal cells does not have it.

The plant cells contact vacuoles where animal cells do not have it.

Plant cells have cell wall but animal cells do not have cell walls.

Nucleus in plant cells stays in the middle of the cell where in animal cell nucleus can be positioned in any places.
