The  ideals that are common to the preamble to the constitution of USA, India and South Africa;

(a) Each of these Preambles begins by stating, “We, the people." This indicates that the origins of all the authority to administer these countries are the citizens of these countries itself.  

b) In all these three countries India, the United States and South Africa the concept of equity is embodied.

(ii) In the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States, there is a declaration for the organization of the union, which is not defined in the Preambles to the Indian and South African Constitutions.

(iii) The Preamble to the Constitutions of the United States and India do not summon to any specific God. Both the Preamble implies that citizens have full liberty to observe any religion. There is no sanctioned religion.
