our leaders had to face a lot of problems

1. the country had different religious beliefs and people of different casts , so it was hard for them to keep in mind the needs of all of them
2. the country had recently faced partition on the basis of religion which created an instability
3. after partition the number of members in constitutional assembly decreased to 299 members only
