Today's life is fully based on hard work if no work then no life. It is the main problem because now people are not having time to be relaxed as it is very hard to work without no relaxation as this can lead to a lot weakness and a person might be suffering from any disease in future. Relaxation is tha basic need for a person's life as our brain get cooled and pressure of work get reduced.

It is our life we should get relaxation after a lot of hard work.
