Making a fruit puree !
Take a mixture of fruits and blend them together with the help of a blender or mixture. Now, pour this fruit puree or fruit pulp into a saucer and answer the following questions :
1. Does the product look like the original fruits ? ...
2. Does the puree taste similiar to individual fruit ?
3. Do you think some energy was involved ? 4. If yes ! then which energy was involved ? 5. Do you think the properties changed ? Conclusion : From the data you gained, it is sure that formation of fruit puree from fruits is a change.
