making chapati from dough is a chemical change explain in detail? formation of curd is a chemical change explain this ... i will mark the detailed one brain least

Bcoz it can't be restore as the original one that is into it's original form so it is chemical change

shashikantraj1: When a curd is once formed from milk it never be reverted to milk again and same as when a chapati is formed it can't be restore as flour.

Once Curd formed from Milk it cannot revert back to milk, so it is an irreversible change. Due to the lactobacillus bacteria the curd formation takes place . Its formaion is irreversable & a chemical change because once the curd is formed , we cannot seperate the substances from it .

The physical changes occurred during the making of chapatis were kneading where you mixed the flour with water to make the dough. ... These two are physical changes as no new substance is formed. the only thing that happened during these two chemical changes were mixing with water and salt and change its form.
