Explanation:

A person can be judged by his/her behavior. When I was working on a project in a group, I came in contact with different people. One of them was very taciturn in his behavior. He used to be silent while working and at other time as well. The girls in the group were very garrulous. They were called as the talking ladies by different member of the group. Apart from these members, there was one of the boy who was king of gregarious. He was kind of known personality and used to be indulged in several social tasks.

Answer:

Before I make a paragraph using these words, let's know their meaning first

Gregarious: Someone who loves company of others

Garrulous: Someone who talks too much

Taciturn: Someone who says very little

In a paragraph, I would write as:

There was a girl named Sophie who was a very gregarious kind of person. She had so many friends because of her garrulous nature. But at the age of 26, she met an accident in which her brain got hurt. After that, she has become taciturn, and getting response from her has become very difficult. We are considering taking her to a good doctor.
