Unsustainable, unprecedented levels of economic (eg. China) and population (7 billion people) growth means that we are over-consuming everything – food, energy, the earth’s resources in general.

Slow but steady shift towards clean energy / green technology, corporate social responsibility programmes and a general increase in environmental awareness has helped us damage the environment less..
