Spreading of malaria:

  • When a mosquito bites the infected person, the sporozoites enters the salivary gland of mosquito.
  • When this mosquito bites a healthy human, the person gets affected and the cycle repeats.

Prevention of malaria:

  • Elimination of vectors and their breeding places
  • Avoiding stagnation of water
