Winners write history, and women and women of color’s contribution are overlooked, in some cases come out many years after the fact. Men speak about THEIR contributions, or even take credit for those women have created. Allowing for our differences, respected for our contributions would be a big step in equality. ie: A mans anger and rage is considered a strength, while women are seen as hysterical for the SAME expression. Two candidates for a job one male one female and the assumption even with identical experience, is the man will do it better. A culture belief planted by the patriarch.
