Mammary gland is an important endocrine organ. The development of mammary gland occurs in three phases and each phases has paramount event of occurrence. The prenatal development of the mammary epithelial sprout, when the primary ducts form at the bud site coincide with the nipple, serves as a critical event. The mammary epithelial bud receives signals from the surrounding fat pad and form primary ducts, beginning to extension into the fat before birth
