So if we have perimeter we can easily find out the side of park .

perimeter = 4*side

36=4*side

36/4=side

9 m = side

Cost for fencing = Perimeter * Cost of one metre

                            = 36*2.5

                            = Rupees 90 is being needed for fencing park

For taking out cost for levelling we have to take out area

Area = side*side

         = 9*9

        = 81 sq m

Cost of levelling = Area * Cost of one metre

                             = 81*3

                             = Rupees 243

Therefore Cost of fencing = Rupees 90

                  Cost of levelling =  Rupees 243
