Ecological imbalance refers to a disruption in the natural balance of an ecosystem. These may be disturbances caused by natural factors like a flood or a volcanic eruption and by man - made factors like pollution, hunting of animals, deforestation etc.
Man by gaining control over nature and animals has caused an imbalance in the environment. The imbalance causes man to suffer from ill- health and various diseases. Human health degrades at a faster rate in the midst of such ecological balance due to the decrease in the quality of air and water in which man lives today. The imbalance has also resulted in an increase in temperatures and a global climate change. Each year we experience the day becoming hotter and hotter. Today, flora, fauna and even the crop cycles collapse, which in turn affect many industries, that depend on them.
