Let x be the age of man and y be the age of the son.

Given, x = 5y

After 2 years he will be x + 2 = 4(y + 2)

                                       5y + 2 = 4y + 8

                                        y = 6

                                        x = 5 * 6 = 30.

After 2 years their age will be 30 + 2 = 32 and 6 + 2 = 8.

The age of man is 32 and his son age is 8.

Let the age of son be X
Fathers age =5X

Age after 2 years
Son = X+2
Father= 4 (X+2)

So, 5X +2 =4(X + 2)
5X +2 = 4X +8
5X-4X =8-2
X= 6

Ans- father =6×5= 30 years
Son = 6 years
