It is true that, man is a social animal.

• The social nature of man is acknowledged by the great Greek philosopher Aristotle, himself.
• The man lives in a social environment because in the daily life a human being is directly or indirectly dependent on the other persons of his or her surrounding. Surviving alone (completely) is not a usual trait wrt the human nature, we all have adapted ourselves as social beings.
• For example - a child is dependent on his parents for various purposes, and in ideal cases we will not find that a child is surviving alone, without his/her parents. This is just a mere example of our social dependence as well as our social nature.
