Man is indeed amidst enormous noise. We have polluted our planet to the extent that many species of plants and animals have gone extinct. Not only this, we have threatened even our own survival. No matter where we look around, we find immense chaos, immense noise. Speakers blaring out loud announcements and harsh noise we fondly call 'music' are everywhere.

Our music has lost its traditional, calming tones. Music today is a random reverberation that, let alone soothes, provokes violence. Noise need not be referred to just in the context of sound though, as a vibration that exceeds the permissible decibel ranges.

Noise, as chaos, as confusion, as meaningless actions is evident all around us.
We are running in a rat race, blindly following the so called 'trends' without pausing for a while to ponder what the real purpose of our life is.

Noise cannot be cancelled by noise. What is needed is a moment of silence, a moment of introspection.
