Let the initial money be x
Lost money=12.5x/100
Money spent=70% of 12.5x/100
=87.5x/1000
x-87.5x/1000=210
1000x-87.5x/1000=210
1000x-87.5x=210000
912.5x=210000
x=210000/912.5=230.13

Answer:800

Step-by-step explanation:let he had 100% the 12.5% loss=100-12.5=87.5%

After spending 70% =87.5%-(87.5%x70%)=87.5%-61.25%=26.25%Now if 26.25%=210 then

1%=8

100%=800 Which was the initial amount he had
