integral proteins present on membranes of man cell will attain red flourescence and mouse cells will attain green florescence.
at 37degree celsius the rate of diffusion of integral proteins is normal so we can observe the movement of integral proteins across the fused membrane of mouse and man cells.

pattern of dye distribution will be red- green-red- green.

This method is generally applied in FRAP ( florescence recovery after photobleaching). Used to study the diffusion rate of membrane proteins.
