Intangible' means things that cannot be seen or touch it can only be felt example Goodwill. Management is an intangible force because it is an unseen force. Management is an intangible force, as it does not have any physical appearance. It can be felt, by the way an organisation functions. Management has the authority and responsibility to give orders to employees to achieve desired targets and fulfill organizational goals in the desired way. A good and efficient managements work is always noticed and can never be seen or touched.
