Yes,management is techniques for geeting the task done by others .It means the task has done with the helps of five function:Planning, organising,staffing,Directing and controlling. these are the functions which helps to get the work done in an efficient and effective manner.

the functions are:

1. planning: It refers to thinking before hand. It is deciding the future course of action.

2.oranising:It is defining or deciding the organisational structure.

3.staffing:It refers to filling and keeping filled the post with people.

4.Directing:It refers to instructing, guiding,communicating and inspiring people in organisation.

5.Controlling:It refers to bringing the actual result closer to the desired results.
