program to run on the screen a the exit gate of the mall. As per
the new policy the user will have to type 'l' if she/he is a regular
customer or type '2' if she/he is a new customer. Then the mall will
give 10% and 4% discount respectively to the regular and new
customers. You are required to make this program using Python
language. The program should also take the input of the total
amount of shopping done by the customer and then print the Net
