Hy,
The management of psoriasis includes-
1. Topical corticosteroids to reduce itching.
2. Medicinal soaps which come for skin.
3. Multivitamin tablets.
4. Cephalosporins administration.
If lesions are severe, than PUVA (psorialin radiation and UV-A light) are administered.
Mind you psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder and has no treatment. With the above modalities, lesions can disappear but can reappear too after triggering.
