=4800

cp of 1st sofa=sp×100/100+gain%

=2400×100/100+20

=₹2000

cp of 2nd sofa=sp×100/100-loss%

=2400×100/100-20

=₹3000

cp of both sofa=2000+3000

=₹5000

cp>sp

so,loss

loss= cp-sp

=5000-4800

=₹200

loss %=loss/cp×100

=200/5000×100

=4%

manual's loss%=4%
