M-Manav, A- Aditya
M and A in 6 days - 1work
M and A in 1 day- 1/6
M's 1 day work= 1/30
so A's 1 day work = 1/6-1/30= 2/15
so Aditya can complete the work alone in 15/2 days..

Here , I am applying Unitary method,
Both do whole work in 6 days.
So, In 1 day ,they will do 1/6 part of work .
Now,
Manav can do whole in 30 days.
In 1 day, he will do 1/30 part of work .
So, Part of work done by Aditya alone in one day = (1/6 -1/30) = 4/30 =2/15 .
Again, applying Unitary method,
2/15 part of work done by Aditya in 1day.
Whole work will be done in 1/2/15 = 15/2 days .
Thus, Aditya can finish the work in 15/2 days working alone.
