Answer: Management is considered to be  both arts and science as ,  a fact that the method  involved are knowledge of the management ,  concepts , theories etc are the skills possessed by a modern manager in an organisation . These factors treated together raises questions in the management with a term of observation . Inclusion of experimentation of several decisions and investigation accordingly . CONCEPTS , METHODS AND PRINCIPLES , THEORIES , ORGANISED KNOWLEDGE , PRACTICE , all these factors involved in the management can be considered as science .
