Mangalam buys a water jug of capacity 3*4/5 litre. If she buys another jug which is 2*2/3
times as large as the smaller jug, how many litre can the larger one hold?



in my book the answer is10.4

The correct answer is 3.2 liters. The larger jug can hold 3.2 liters of water. So, the volume or capacity of the second jug( larger jug) = 2 * 2/3 * 3 * 4/5 liters = 16/5 litres which is equal to 3.2 litres.
