MnO2 + 4HCl --- MnCl2 +Cl2 + 2H20

HEY !!!! HERE IS YOUR ANSWER....

MnO2 + 4HCl → MnCl2 + Cl2 + 2H2O

​ (i) Reducing agent- HCl 
Since it reduces MnO2 by taking oxygen atoms from it.

(ii) Oxidising agent- MnO2
Since it oxidises HCl to Cl2 which loses the hydrogen atom.
