during hard exercise Manish's legs' muscles faced lack of oxygen so used anaerobic pathway of respiration which produced latic acid and caused pain in his legs but when he took rest and practised deep breathing, his muscles had enough of oxygen and latic acid production stopped and slowly the produced latic acid was removed from his muscles and got relief from pain.
