Let the cost price be x

Selling at 10% profit would be x+10/100of x

If sold for 75 more its price would be x+10/100x+75 which is equal to 16%profit

Therefore x+10/100x+75= x+16/100x

16x/100-10x/100=75

6x=7500

x=1250/-

Cost price of bicycle is 1250/-
