You should of understood what a food pyramid is back in 1st to 5th grade. A balanced diet should contain grains, meats(beef and fish), poultry, vegetables and dairy. Put a strict limit on fats(butter, fried food etc) and sugar intake(candy, consuming a lot of sweet tea etc). Exercise is important too.
