Let the no. of 5 rupees note be x
& the 10 rupees note be y

according to question,

x=y+3......i

5x+10y=195
x+2y=39.....ii

putting value of x in equation ii
x+2y=39
y+3+2y=39
3y=39-3
3y=36
y=12

putting value of y in equation i
x=y+3
x=12+3
x=15

the no. of 5 rupees note is 15
& 10 rupees note is 12
