Here, Let us assume the age of his son be x years.
So, Manoj's age will be 4x.
Now, After 16 years , as per the question,
2(x+16) = 4x+16
=> 2x + 32 = 4x+16
=> 2x = 16
=> x = 8.
So, their present ages are 8 and 4*8 i.e. 32 years.

According to Question...
=> x+16=2(x/4+16)
=> x+16=x/2+32
=> x-x/2=32-16
=> x/2=16
=> x=32
Hence,
Manoj's present age is 32 years and his son's age is 32/4=8years.
