Here, Let us assume the age of his son be x years.
So, Manoj's age will be 4x.
Now, After 16 years , as per the question,
2(x+16) = 4x+16
=> 2x + 32 = 4x+16
=> 2x = 16
=> x = 8.
So, their present ages are 8 and 4*8 i.e. 32 years.
So, Manoj's age will be 4x.
Now, After 16 years , as per the question,
2(x+16) = 4x+16
=> 2x + 32 = 4x+16
=> 2x = 16
=> x = 8.
So, their present ages are 8 and 4*8 i.e. 32 years.
