Money he spent
= 16.50 paise + 1/2 Rs
= 16.50 paise + 50 paise
= 66.50 paise
Therefore, Money he has with him now
= Rs. 20 - 66.50 paise
( 1 rupee = 100 paise ;
therefore 20 rupee = 2000 paise )
= 2000 paise - 66.50 paise
= 1934.50 paise ( ANSWER )
