Manual labour is a kind of labour which require a lot of hard work rather than smart work. Yet it doesn't receive the respect it deserves. This happens mainly bcoz it requires less or no amount of education and the salary is pretty as salary of a person determines his/her standard of living.

These r they following things to be done to increase the respect received by manual labourers

  • people should be educated that every job requires equal respect and do not look down apon any of them
  • manual labour is a necessity in our society as the manual labourers carry a huge part in development of each county
  • finally the people who mainly does manual labour r the poor people. so they should be given adequate and free education and increase their wages.
