manufacturer can do without social but cannot survive without retailers it is because consumer is supposed to buy 1 or 2 item instead of purchasing the whole bundle . if manufacturer sells its item by one by one it can be sold, but a manufacturer can not survive without retailer as as wholesaler will buy a bundle only one time .
