(a) The employees will be easily monitored by their employers because of the use of the modern technology.

(b) The work done by the modern technology is made easier and therefore the time and the resources which could have been spent by the employers is saved.

(c) The work which is done by the machine is good and reliable hence the employers will feel good and appreciate the work well done by the modern technology.

(d) The employers will greatly benefit because they will receive the notifications for any work done by the machine as a result of the improvement of the modern technology.
