Answer:

Living in a house will provide them a sense of security and comfort. Moreover it will improve their living standards. They'll be at the least risk to accidents, weather conditions, and many other dangers present on the roads.

Answer:

Living in houses would make them feel more safer, they would feel more safe from thieves, insects, storms etc. They will be more comfortable to sleep. Instead of sleeping on the hard and rough footpath they would sleep on the soft surface of the mattress or the bed. and the most important thing would be that they would might be treated equally as some people don't treat people sleeping non footpaths fairly. So they would be treated well and they would stay happy.
