Since the question is incomplete, I am giving an assumed answer of writing a letter as the Cultural secretary of a school to a national newspaper reflecting on the effects on children due to using wrong English.

Subject - Effect of using the wrong language.
Respected Sir,
This letter is to bring to your kind notice that adverse effects of using the wrong language on children. It has become very common in Bollywood, Tollywood and others who are a part of the entertainment and film industry, to use incorrectly used or pronounced English words in between their songs, movies etc.
There has been a recent trend of using English or the so-called 'Hinglish' words in songs and movies, which usually become very popular blockbuster hits.
This has been having an adverse effect on the growing children and on the adolescents also. They are getting the wrong ideas about using the word and in the wrong contexts. The language skills of the children is also getting affected very badly. They tend to communicate using that kind of a slang instead of using the right form of words in a single language.
I request you to publish this letter in your daily newspaper so that the message gets passed on to everyone and it reaches the needed people. Also, the parents will be able to take some extra care of their children in using the right form of a language.
Kindly do the needful.
Thanking you,
Yours sincerely,
ABC.
