➡️ lactobacillus helps in formation of curd.

➡️ Some bacteria like Rhizobium helps in nitrogen fixation.

➡️ Lactobacillus acidophillus helps in formation of vitamins in our body.

➡️ They play an important role.

1) Propiobacterium shermanii - Used in preparation Swiss Cheese

2) P.roquefortii - Roquefort Cheese

3) Lactobacillus - Curd Preparation

4) Acetobacter aceti - Acetic Acid

5) Tricoderma Polysporum - Cyclosporin A (Clot Buster for Heart Patient )

6) Monascus Purpures - Statins ( Immunosuppressant)

7) Bakers Yeast / Brewers Yeast - Bread Making , Wine

Many more are there but I only remember these .
