Respected Sir,
I am Jayesh Bhaskar employee of marketing department of the company, as we can see our company is in stage of expansion and we are recruiting new employees, as work force is less as compared to work, but training them and teaching them every thing with the help of senior staff will be bit difficult because, seniors from other branches need to travel in order to give training to the new batch, instead of this we could go for video showcasing it will reduce cost and will also save time of our senior employees.
