They do not bring books because, they don;nt have interest in studying that particular subject.They should bring books daily to school.If by mistake they have forgot the book they can take help of their friend or else they should not disturb their friends.

they behave like this due to lack of interest in studies, in order to prevent this some strict rules or punishment can be introduced by the teachers .
