organelle of a cell like mitochondria,Golgi bodies etc. are not visible because cell is a microscopic organism which we cannot see with naked eyes.

these are not visible under microscope because these they are transparent there refractive index play a major role, in order to see them under microscope first we have to stain them with suitable dye.
