Explanation:

This was my first visit to the dentist. I was already scared but when I entered the clinic I saw too many patients were already waiting for their turn. We sat with them. Everyone seemed too tensed to get their teeth examined or extracted.

While I was observing the people at the clinic, the dentist arrived. I heard the nurse say "doctor Joe has arrived".

They called in the first patient, few moments after, the nurse came out and went back with a hammer. All the patients got so scared that they ran away.

After inquiring from the nurse we came to know that the hammer was to open the toll box.
