Arthritis is the inflammation of one or more joints. Symptoms of arthritis include pain, joint inflammation, swelling, reduced range of motion and stiffness. People suffering from arthritis have difficulty in moving from one place to another. Vitamin D and deficiency of sunlight is the MAIN CAUSE.

The Three Most Common Types of Arthritis

  • Osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis the most common form of arthritis.
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease, which means that the immune system attacks parts of the body—especially the joints.
  • Psoriatic Arthritis. Psoriatic arthritis affects the skin and joints.

Osteoarthritis causes cartilage — the hard, slippery tissue that covers the ends of bones where they form a joint — to break down. Rheumatoid arthritis is a disease in which the immune system attacks the joints, beginning with the lining of joints.
