Answer:

Exercising with a friend or loved one can make it more fun, and increase your chances of sticking to your exercise plan.

Exercising with a friend is a great way to keep you motivated. It’s also a great way to meet new people. It can even save you money.

Exercise with someone around the same fitness level as you so you can spur each other on. Ask a family member or a friend, or join a sporting club or group.

Answer:

there you go

Explanation:

When we do exercise, the fats in our body get oxidised. This releases heat energy and we utilise this heat energy to do exercise by converting it into muscular energy. Thus, we can see that energy is only being changed from one form to another and not being created or destroyed and thus, energy is conserved. Doing a lot of exercise increases our rate of breathing and we loose weight because some mass of our body is released in the form of carbon dioxide and water (in the form of sweat)
