Many women and children who are not working are not called unemployed?why?

Children Do not have right to work untill the age of 15. If any child who is under 15 works as an labour it is a crime . According to 4 August,2009. child labour is a crime. But women has right to work but that is not compulsory for the faster development of family a women is working but its not compulsory to a women to work its a optional thing to them ....

employed means one who is having a job especially one that pays wages or a salary since many women and children are not falling in this category, though they do many works for their home and their families but not getting any wages or salary, therefore are called unemployment
