Young people look up to more lucrative career that will provide them with tempting salaries, incentives and other perks.

Some also look out for jobs which allow them to travel, give them easy home or car loans, pay their medical expenses and other necessities.

All these compel them to change their jobs occasionally.

The advantages definitely outweigh the disadvantages as by doing so they can end up getting their dream job. But something is excess is harmful.

Changing jobs too often may have a negative impact in their career and employers may not like to hire them in future.
