Maria: Hi Ana! We have a performance task in English, about making a stand. I need you to help me in doing my work quickly!

Ana: I don't have my performance task yet. I cannot do anything; so, you will have to wait.

Maria: Ok I will be waiting until you give me a confirmation call to get started on the work. Thank you.

This conversation is tactful because it seems like Maria wants Ana to do her work. Ana does not seem very willing and tactfully states that she is yet to receive the material. So, Maria goes a step forward and says that she will wait for Ana’s call. By the end of the group talk, it is clear that Maria will get Ana to work on the project no matter what she says.
