Maria Sharapova was a girl with an iron will and strong determination. Her father got transferred to US from Russia, her mother was not able to join Maria and her father due to visa restrictions. Maria got separated from her mother when she was not even 10. Her father used to work all day and night to keep up with Maria's tennis classes. She used to go to bed at 8pm and somewhere around 11pm other pupils used to wake her up and order her to tidy up the room. Maria was so lonely. All these hurdles in her life made her who she is now.
